What I do not understand is Robertson Stephens with a price target in excess of $100. IBAS does seemed to be positioned to achieve significant sequential revenue growth in excess of 25% per quarter and has the working capital to achieve positive cash flow in 2002. When the tax selling is done this has to be a screaming buy. As a holder at $93 it is obviously worth averaging down soon.
