only missing variable in SDLI call calculations

is the juice that is missing now from down sentiment
and the juice that would appear from plus sentiment
premium builds on rampups
premium wanes on rampdowns

I find as a mystery that SDLI is not given the 3.8 ratio offered by JDSU
in every other merger in my memory, the ratio was granted and held
give or take 2-5%
