Larry, very few companies report the "Days sales outstanding" separately (they should). You calculate it by taking the "accounts receivable" and dividing that by the same quarter's product sales (do not include royalties or licensing fees) and multiplying the results by the total number of days in the quarter. I use 90 days but in some rare cases it can go as high as 92 days and as low as 87 days. I believe that SNDK closes their Q on the last Sunday of the quarter.

When I used to "run" a business, my target was a DSO of 49, but I would not come down hard on "finances" (the guys responsible for collecting) until that number got to 55, and would make it a management priority if the DSO got to 60.
