The Philly newspaper does not bother to check facts. They credit Clinton & Gore with lowering interst rates? Rates were very low when Clinton took office. They WENT UP during his administration. They fell when we almost had a global economic meltdown that started in Asia. I would think that something like an endoresement for President would at least have some fact checking beforehand.
