You are correct re SNDK not recognizing sales until sold through to end user. As for royalties, they recognize an estimated number each quarter. Then, every 6 months, they get the actuals and adjust (usually upward). This accounted for the surprising 21 cent to 33 cent Q-Q from Q1-Q2.
