Mary, re: Kurlak, Osha If you look at the list of most popular stocks held in ML accounts, INTC has been in the top 20 whether it was rated Neutral, Accumulate, or Buy. Even when Kurlak went to a Neutral/Neutral rating on INTC, which basically eliminates the solicitation of purchase by a ML retail broker, there were stories that ML clients were still getting in. The irony was that a ML broker has to mark his/her own personal trades as solicited and thus he/she was personally locked out of buying INTC except if granted a mgmt waiver or by buying mutual funds owning INTC.
