Raymond, The Astralpoint deal is actually conservative at published numbers and is not an equity deal. Demand for this type of product is immense. as time goes on, you will see this. This is not a guess but I can't really add any more since it is not published. in terms of numbers, there are many building these optical on-ramp products. anyone can sit in front of a camera and claim that they are the best. The best are actually those with products, customers and revenues. This is why NT has had such a good year until last week. I am not sure where they stand in terms of the so-called "God" boxes that do everything. tp
