Good day to all, Its a non-market day so I hope you will bear with me for a short story.......I found myself in a very similar situation, to STS's, last year. Stock moving up nicely, good potential, participated in a PP, and shorty playing golf with the vse as usual. Then the stock was mysteriously halted. All the usual reasons were given; "Stock going to high, to fast, to much promotion, and we better check out these company directors etc etc etc.........."
They have reorganized, cut costs, replaced the pres & vice pres, made deals with other companys to arrange for liens to be taken over and paid off, and have arranged earn ins from production to triple the size of their properties. It looks like they will be trading next month.
(I am not suggesting anything to STS.) I am saying that when that stock starts trading maybe I can get back some of my 30K U.S. I have a lot of their stock so it won't take much.....
