There's a fear-of-financing, a fear-of-dilution, that is easy to play on, eh.
Also you have the speculators moving out, maybe a little before the investors move in ... best to keep a foot in both camps, imho.

I just wish i'd taken my own advice on that in re Winspear ... aaaargh! -g-
