I maintain my position on what a daytrader is, but as this is one of those issues that can be viewed in many lights and can come down to semantics, I'll rest satisfied with my prior statements.

(However, I will admit that overnight is not the only time a stock can get wacked... ie: LLY a number of weeks back. But this is more the rare instance)
