You are correct, it is a common procedure. I was just wondering if anyone had heard of an FTC reason for the request. It was probably just for clarification of some points. Considering the recent spate of mergers in communications, I cannot imagine that they would have a problem with this one. Paul, I have not come across any reason given by the FTC. I would almost go out on a limb and say none was given due to all my news feeds. I can't see a problem with this either. It is a relatively small merger. Glenn
