What you mean is they may be collecting on 1 1/2% of 22% of the SDRAM/DDR memory sales made by 2 or 3 Japanese suppliers - with a cap on payments ending at the end of this year - if I recall correctly.

I don't think any Korean or American or German suppliers are paying anything at this point.

One loss in the courts and RAMBUS will be the biggest flush in toilet history.
