Status Update on IP Feed Upgrade
Hi all,
Please be aware that we have completed the installation of the IP Feed upgrade to one of our server farms (Boston.) For those that are experiencing periodic delay in certain quotes, slowed or interrupted streaming services, and/or stale Level II Bid/Ask quotes, please log into one of the Boston routers. To do this, please edit your ContinuumClient.ini file located in your QCharts directory as shown below:
AutoUpdateServerList=false
Server=boston-r0#.quote.com:23100 (IMPORTANT: The # represents either a 1,2,3, or 5 depending on which router you would prefer to log into.)
