I could imagine the Tooth Fairy, but we are discussing what a LIKELY God or Gods could do. If the TF had the kind of power to actually leave $5 bills under the pillow this would affect the money supply. Money supply would not mesh with the numbers counted by the treasury. So if God could act in a way that was not consistent with our reality, I don't see how a residual effect would be masked.
