Kirby, last week, SK Telecom signed roaming agreement with China Mobile. In August, SK signed roaming agreement with NTT Docomo. One has to wonder if profits from roaming is going to exceed the cost, as engineer pointed out, of practically rebuilding the existing system. Ramsey
