Unique Broadband Systems Announces Settlement in its Claim Against PixStream Incorporated
CONCORD, ON, Oct. 30 /CNW/ - Unique Broadband Systems, Inc. (CDNX: UBS),
a leader in high-speed wireless transmission solutions, today announced that,
conditional upon the closing of an acquisition of PixStream Incorporated, UBS
will receive C$25 million in cash, and the claim filed on September 19 with
the Ontario Superior Court of Justice will have been settled without admission
of liability by PixStream.
