Charles, I am sure that if the appeals court+supreme court rule against microsoft, I would consider that microsoft did something which is against the existing laws, not incorrect, but against laws regardless. Now what would you say if the courts decide in Microsoft's favor or if there is a settlement (because govt believes that its earlier attempts were misguided and that they are likely to lose in the appeals court) ?

I am just trying to understand at what point (if any) you'll admit Microsoft has won.
