Robert, I found the current short sale figures are dated for the 13th of last month, as settlement date. The big downdraft to 20.125 occurred on Oct 11, with 33.4 million shares of volume. Covering at that point could have ocurred and we would still *Know Nothing* with the current numbers for shorts (available to myself as a retail). Gut feeling is the shorts are there to stay until the marketeers get their act together for the future of GBLX. I still feel SBC to be the best candidate for any transfer of ownership. The competitive advantages for SBC are big, mostly by getting rid of GBLX as competition to SBC-influenced companies, i.e. Qwest, WCOM. FWIW, and JMO. Martin Thomas
