Been there, seen it, loved it. Rick's in Houston that is. Very professionally managed. I met with the President and was very impressed. The big picture here is that he would like to be the "consolidator" in a highly frgmented business. This is of course easier said then done, but there are so many of these bars that he should be able to pull it off quicker than the dancers can say "got a $20." The food (honest) was really good. In Houston, which has so many "peelers" (a Canadian term for peel the clothes off), you can't stand out in the crowd simply by having incredibly beautiful woman dancing naked. (and as a customer you should never "stand out" in the crowd either.) Everyone has em, so Rick's has realy good food at really good prices to differentiate themselves from the crowd. The only downside may be a low multiple to earnings because investors have to be concerned about having the bar(s) closed because of some new zoning law etc. This can be a fun stock to put posts/experiences at the club. Anybody been in the New Orleans store???
