Dear Lew,

Of course the money that was looted from Adda is included in Ultra's bottom line.

But let's not forget that Watford pillaged his other partners too. Arrowhead (now sanitized as Gemini) had a good chunk of it's assets stripped and handed to Ultra under the watchful eye of their "independent" board. Oops, weren't Hislop and Jarvis directors of Ultra and Arrowhead at the same time! Just a coincidence?

IMHO, Watford should get down on his knees every morning and thank Marc Bruner for handing him a company that even Watford couldn't screw up. All the positives for Ultra came from the deals done in 1996 and 1997 that are now paying off. All Watford has done is give away most of Ultra's upside to Anschutz and Questar for pennies.

As new lambs come to the slaughter, they would be well-advised to do their research on Mikey and Ultra's history.

I hope that a few of the veteran posters on this thread will share their hard-earned knowledge with the "kids". This stock is not for the naive and innocent.

Regards... X
