I think a combined Intc/AMD investment is a pretty good bet.

I agree...I have been thinking of buying some Intel for my 401. I think it will be range bound for a while.

In addition I have gained renewed faith in AMD over the past few weeks and feel more confident that the company is up to any challenges thrown out by Intel.

Once I am convinced that the R word is not a threat, I plan to buy more AMD at these levels.
