To all:

I posted a question to Michael Murphy (aka "Techperson) over on the CTSL thread regarding his current outlook on SEEQ and the reasons for the stock's poor performance. Here's his reply:

<<SEEQ - stock sold off when Intel put Ethernet/Fast Ethernet on the motherboard,
eventually reducing 3Com's add-on board market, to which SEEQ is a supplier.
SEEQ can get their chip on the motherboards of many manufacturers. As the first to
market with Gigabit Ethernet (no shipping) they should be an important force in this
next speed level (Gigabit Ethernet will have a 5 to 8 year life). SEEQ should earn 3› to
4› in the current quarter and 6› to 7› in the September fourth quarter. FY98 should
be 25› to 30› a share. Hard to believe the stock can be under $5 a year from today.>>
