Now I know why Jason is so proud of his Mother (and Father); obviously quick-minded folk. Just enough time right now to inform all that Carlton and Tim Lutts will only be in Hudson for 1 day...they will arrive at the Presstek meeting site around 10 am and want to stay as long as necessary to meet everyone on the 30th. Tried to get them to come in for an informal get-together on the 29th but no dice. Reflecting on it I think that is the proper thing for them to do. After all SEC has been all over Cabot Letter as well as Presstek officers; in this context I think they have to mind their Ps and Qs....shorts are adept at making mountains out of molehills and file grievances with the SEC at the drop of a hat...both have to be careful about not sharing info with one group and not the shareholders or subscribers at-large. We investors can let our hair down and share info pro and con....the Company and Cabot have to be EXTREMELY circumspect. My feelings re; Sec investigation is that the worst that can happen is that company officers get a fine altho I personally believe that even that outcome is doubtful. If there was really a case they would have concluded it by now. Ther bears were hoping for the SEC to slam the company just as they were hoping that the patent which PRST asked to be re-examined would somehow be rendered invalid....neither will happen IMHO. One short who was very visible last year and very vocal that the patent review would be disasterous for the comapny and the SEC would find grievious deceit by the company was mark hollingsworth; I have a strong suspicion that he may be well-known to paul. MH was as far off-base as could be on his patent predictions and his projections on the SEC investigations will probably be the same. Never underestimate the shorts ability to use every means to keep the SEC sword hanging over PRST head tho. More later.....welcome back Jasons Mother and good to make your acquaintance....
