TTOSBT: Don't get it. What is the catalyst for a settlement? It looks like Bush will win so why negotiate with a lame duck when they will get a better deal in a few months. On the Appeals front I would bet on exoneration. So why should MSFT be settling at this time? And what is the government's incentive to deal with this corp. they have painted as evil. JFD
