FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 8, 2000--Magicinc.com (OTC:MAGC - news), an Internet entertainment holding company, on Tuesday, announced that it signed 61 nightclubs, nationwide, to its Cybars.com ``your nightclub connection'' nightclub network. The introduction of the network was made at the Bar and Nightclub convention on Aug. 1 and 2 in Orlando, Fla.
Gordon Scott Venters, Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company, said, ``These agreements prove that the nightclub owner is interested in partnering with us and willing to participate in our nationwide nightclub network.''
Magicinc.com is currently creating an independent Internet entertainment network ``magicinternetwork.com'' (registered domain name). Contained within this network is a diverse array of select entertainment nightclub links through cybars.com ``your nightclub connection'' (registered domain name) using CybarCam Internet cameras and monitors. The Company currently has two other divisions, MagicStudios and MagicMusic, which will provide independent entertainment content for the internetwork.
