Hi Dale,

<<What your saying, in essence, is that Ekho 1 is toast?>>

Yep, stale toast, IMHO.

<<Is your opinion of Turner Valley better than Ekho?>>

Oh yes. Turner Valley is just plain old exploration and development with a good chance of success, not costly research, not testing, not part of process. It's just good old simple E&D !!

In the general TV area CWQ has, to the best of my knowledge, a piece of the Hartell well drilled by BEA\STF a few years ago. When threshold productivity is established to justify\support an extension of a sour gas gathering system into that area, the 4-13 well will be produced. When ?? Who knows ?? That depends, in part, upon how soon the same group gets license approval to deepen a well one mile south and if they have any success with that proposed operation.

Also, a couple of years ago Esso announced over 200 BCF of reserves for lands Esso has an interest in around the 8-21(??) well. And, just last month BKP successfully tested an offsetting horizontal well with over 1000' of horizontal pay. Both those wells should be on production some time next summer and I believe CWQ has an interest in both. In addition, CWQ has an interest in a lot of undeveloped land along this trend.

Recently, about 5 miles north of the Esso\BKP wells, Startech cased their Whiskey Creek well. It immediately offsets land held by BEA\STF\CWQ and RCP. Rumours and a recent Research Capital report suggest it is ~100 BCF discovery ... with an expected capability of 15-20 MMCF/d !! Now, supposedly, Startech et al plan to drill another location on the other side of the same BEA\STF\CWQ\RCP land !!!! About 4 miles further north, Shell have two supposedly analogous wells that have each produced ~90 BCF and those wells still produce. So, surely there will be some 'low risk activity' on CWQ's Whiskey Creek acreage soon. <gggggg>

I believe CWQ is also an owner in the TV well now being drilled by BEA\STF. That well has to be within about 500 ft of the target zone now. So, CWQ could have more good TV news there in just a matter of days.

Dale, CWQ will need $$$$$ just to maintain their interests in these "real" projects. If we assume that CWQ have a finite and limited capital budget where would you prefer they spend it ??

JMHOBWDIK.

Have a pleasant evening.

Later,
grayhairs
