DoCoMo is believed to be considering taking a stake of between 10 and 20 per cent in AT&T Wireless, in line with its stated policy of taking minority investments in overseas partners. Such a stake would cost $5bn-$10bn, based on the value of AT&T Wireless' tracking stock.
