Super Epitaxial Products, Inc. superepi.com Last Modified: ~ September, 1999 Not exactly up-to-date, not what you'd call a well-tended web site, but better than nothing. Gives epi and substrate materials as of a year ago. Apparently the acquisition by Kopin does not meet their criteria for newsworthiness. <g> WT
