Remember Clinton's first foreign policy success? Haiti in an uproar as the leaders compound was stormed. Clinton sends in troops and took over the country. Jessie Jackson and I believe Carter went down on a peace mission after CNN filmed the Haitians hacking two of our marines into several pieces and running down the street with the body parts. They were not allowed to take live rounds of ammunition with them so they were unarmed which was a direct order from the White House.

The Clinton resolve was to offer this new leader a CASH reward to pack up and leave the country of Haiti. The leader took the money Carter delivered.......and then just stayed and never left to my knowledge.

Ill stand corrected if someone can tell me he that he finally left and where he is.
