ANALOG DEVICES INC on Monday filed with regulators to sell periodically up to $1.2 billion in convertible subordinate notes. Norwood, Mass.-based company said the notes, which are due 2005 and which amount to more than 9.2 million common shares upon conversion, will be sold by shareholders and the company will not receive any proceeds.
