Hi Bob.

I do not follow that stock closely Bob. The few times that I have ever spot checked it in the past the volume was always minimal. So, maybe it is just very tightly held with little float. If most shareholders have taken delivery of their certificates then I think the MM's would be at a greater risk shorting the stock. That would make it tougher for them to drive down the price. I really don't know, Bob. This is all just some WAG'ing on my part.
