PATTERN A: LVLT's ENTIRE NATIONAL CRISSCROSSING INSTALL was promised to be completed by END OF 1999 or doesn't anyone besides me remember that? And today's date is....? I've documented some blatant fabrication from you recently, but this takes the cake. I invite you to research your statement and come back with your findings. What you will see is that since Day 1 Level3's network was always slated to be completed in the 1st quarter 2001. Being that it's about a quarter ahead of schedule I'd say things are going pretty good. Cheers
