>So..why the "scam" remark?

Because, quite simply, XLA is a loose knit group of criminals who are hiding behind the corporate veil of the cayman islands.

When I say criminal, I mean criminal. As in go to jail.

The most amazing thing is that Vik and his cohorts are continuing to dump shares into the hands of bagholders at an amazing pace. Check out the insider sales for september. The pace is accelerating.

But just like Bre-X, there are ALWAYS suckers willing to believe whatever lie you tell them. Mirror image may have been a legitimate company, even though they were practicaly bankrupt when Vik bought then. But XLA is clearly, and without a doubt, a huge fat SCAM.

Anyone who hasn't sold by now deserves what they get. Which very shortly will be stock certificates worth $0.
This market needs to have the clueless weeded out anyway.
