Shorting oil stocks just before winter?? You must live in Florida or New Orleans or...??
Besides, did George W. not rail against Clinton when the latter dumped 30 million bbl on the market --out of the US' strategic hoard?
I think oil stocks will just skyrocket --starting Monday 6th November 2000. After all, the more expensive the Arab oil the more profitable Texas oil becomes....
