News of completion of sale of MOCA is welcomed.

The monies to be received will come in several installments. But more importantly, the continuing services provided for MOCA will be billed monthly. It was a correct spin off for MSEL, reducing top line(slightly on revenue), reducing expenses, but keeping a part of the revenue from services to MOCA.

Now we have to watch the VUSA purchase and see how they will be absorbed. Certainly software can be used at El Segundo. But can VUSA be turned around and sold back to the venture capitalists? MOCA sets an example to be followed.
