Its the other way around, steve. The secondary affected the stock price. The market was hit with 6 million new shares just at the time when the tape was lousy. Frankly, I was surprised, I thought the underwriters would try to jam it up to get at least a few buyers at $102. Watch HAND, it is up in the premarket. I am hoping for a rise to the high 80s.
