I think Alcatel has shifted the balance in opinions and outlooks about the future in addition to the important RHK study you mentioned. Lots of optical companies are disputing the slowdown theory very strongly. There appears to be no uncertainty among. In addition, Chambers has not changed his views over the last couple of months. Like I stated earlier, expecting big gains in Semis to spark the rest of the Nasdaq--it is happening!
