To read the article you posted you'd think there was no end to growth. To read Barron's you'd think the sky was falling and most potential buyers on the verge of bankruptcy.

Maybe both are correct. Massive need for the fiber but too many providers who compete on a pricing basis and can't make the cash profit needed for the massive infrastructure outlays.

I think it was Cramer (may have been someone else) who was saying that it looks like the market is betting that the providers who survive will be able to buy fiber in bankruptcy cheaper than they can from suppliers.
