sec.gov The guy ain't that dumb if he was dumping Rambus back in June. I've seen a few posts on SI by people that have met the guy and they all refer to him as very intelligent. Long ago, Intel announced their next memory would be Rambus and the guy took a 5% stake in the company. When it was clear that Intel had dumped them, he did also (this has been clear for a long time, there's nothing new today except that wall street is picking up the news). Sounds like a smart guy to me.
