Peace,

>>>> . These bottoms are major meaning we will see new highs on all three indexes early next year. My targets are NDX 5200, Dow 13,000 SPX 1600. <<<<

Im not one to make strong/extended predictions and normally keep my predictions to within 30 days, occassionally going further out. My position is that from a viewpoint is that the probability of predicting strong positions is AT BEST, 62% which is slightly better than flipping a coin. That doesnt mean that Im saying that you are wrong, just saying that I prefer not to make predictions that have low/flat probabiity.

If you havent seen my posts in the past concerning probability in predicting strong/long-term positions - without going into alot of detail again, I am aware of 2 different mathematical studies, one in genetics and the other in fluid dynamics, where the highest level of probability achieved was in the 60-64% range(close enough to the FIB 62% level). As one limits the variables/parameters of the study the probability may increase.

As to your prediction, we first need to overcome the bearish chart formations which are now developing. Once they are out of the way (negated or completed) you could be right.
