It might be the heat dismiss haven't taken care well. You need to have a giant cpu heatsink + high speed fan for the best result. Ask your board vendor to sell you one. Apply heat compound thin and evenly on both sides of CPU and heatsink to help heat transfer from CPU to heatsink efficiently.

The regulator heatsink on M537 is not so well designed since these leaves are too thick to dismiss heat efficiently. I screwed a small fan (from 486 CPU fan) onto these heatsink to blow the heat away from these heatsink.

Even your system works fine under 133Mhz, I still recommend you re-install Win95 to get rid of these general protection errors. After you re-install Win95 and the "great" heatsink/fan, you could try 75 x 2 again.
