RCNC does provide service in the Philadelphia area. rcn.com It's important to remember that RCNC is not viewed as much as a cable company by the regulators, as it is a CLEC. It is able to skirt much of the regulation that the incumbent cable carriers are forced to endure. The question is, will BetaMax win this time??? Thanks for clarifying that RCNC does not operate in the City of Philadelphia, per se. LoF
