how common is this? last year, practically every speculation went well

GSTRF then RMBS on back to back days - yeeeks!:(

However, the EBN news, which is reported by a man who on several occasions has been found to spread if not outright lies, at least his "personal take" on the news. Jack is not a source that anyone who follows RMBS takes without doing a lot of fact checking.

In the end it does not matter. If RMBS has a positive outcome in its ongoing litigation it will receive royalties on DDR as well as RDRAM. In such an outcome the industry will use the best of breed technology. So if you have confidence in the litigation settlement this is one heck of a buying opportunity. If your not real confident then stay away. I am certainly not selling Rambus (except to finance that pace maker I'll need to order...hey, can I get one at Amazon do you think?)

P.S. The rest of my gorilla port doing just fine and dandy RBAK and AVNX. Trials and tribulations of also owning a gorilla who has yet to completely "declare his autority" from South Park lingo.
