Keep an eye on MSFT, which is facing huge resistance at these levels. Could be a good first sign for the direction overall. I also believe 53.75 is a key area for CSCO. A move beyond these levels for these two stocks with participation by the rest of the market would, imo, be positive. It will be tough. Just checked - H&S on a 5-min chart for the INDU.
