I would suggest, that frustration from your existing customers regarding the amount of time it has taken Quote.Com to come through on its promises to improve the service is more than warranted.

I have noticed my questions as of late go with out reply. Instead you make this public attack on me. Would it not be better for you to double your efforts to come through with the improvements rather than attack your customers?

"Boston" is a different location than "Herndon". Does a completely different geographical location qualify as a New Farm in your book?

Did I miss the announcement of this new farm? I read Quote.Com was moving servers around, but I do not remember reading a "new" farm completion announcement. Please point to the post on this thread or an alert sent out informing your customer base of the new farm and I will be more than happy to apologize.

My understanding is that existing server farms have been being relocated. Are you now saying you have an additional server farm in operation and have now increased the number of operational farms by one?

I have no plans to drop the service. I (as do many) believe that this service once the problems are resolved could be the best offered. However, getting the problems corrected has turned into a long drawn out affair, creating frustration for your longer-term customer base. Surely you understand that, no?

I believe I have said far more good about the service than bad for some time and have refrained from complaining about the service on many occasion while I have patiently awaited the fixes to be put in place...
