Oct 31 (Reuters) - British biotechnology company ReNeuron Holdings Ltd, a specialist in manipulating neural stem cells as a treatment for brain damage, said on Tuesday it planned to price its initial public offering next week. Chief Executive Martin Edwards told Reuters the offering would close on November 9 with first trading on the London Stock Exchange's junior Alternative Investment Market scheduled to start on November 16. The company is looking to raise 15-20 million pounds via a placing of ordinary shares, valuing the business at 60-75 million pounds....
