Good article about the sunglass industrys recent woes at cnnfn.com:80/hotstories/bizbuzz/9705/23/sunglasses_pkg/ It gives some optimism regarding oakley's US sales but what worries me is the decline in overseas sales, which can't be shrugged off as inventory problems at Sunglass Hut. Ditto for its sports glasses. Went by the mall here in Santa Barbara (about 150 mi north of OOs HQ) today - the Sunglass Hut saleswoman said O was selling well. Anybody else out there want to report from their area?
