Question on Reg S was answered in the March 24 announcement. It is 100% complete and I believe the total shares outstanding is approx 35 million. The company announced that they do not anticipate conducting any further Reg S financing. I think they now feel that the technology is proven and can get financing at a much better rate. Nick
