Netergy FY2001 Q2 Conference Call - 30 October 2000

There was really not much new news, the main points
were:

- Audacity T2 chip in production. Netergy says there is one
customer everyone will know by name along with some others.
They can't announce the customer until the end product that
is using the chip is in production - for competitive reasons
both for the customers and Netergy, but mainly the customers.

- iPBX: re-organization is done with Uforce. iPBX is on
schedule and Dialink trial goes well. Head honcho at Dialink
was on the conference call to give his very positive impressions
of the trial. Netergy is now fully running on iPBX through Dialink
(120-130 employees in Santa Clara along with a virtual private
network (VPN) connection to France's 30-35 employees) and will
have phone numbers available on Netergy's website for shareholders
to call in/leave messages for call back to do their own test
of the quality of the product.

- ST Micro: relationship continues going well. Went over recent
announcement of ST Micro/Netergy joint production/licensing
agreement. Expects revenue from products being worked on with
ST to start in the second half of CY2001.

- Alcatel: relationship continues going well. Like ST Micro,
expects revenue to start in second half of CY2001.

- VoIP revenues around $600K for IP telephony products (Audacity,
Symphony, reference development kits) and licensing. By my
count, that's over $1M in revenue for VoIP for the last 2 quarters
together. This is just development stage revenue, but gives you
an idea of the number of development kits and lab testing/trials
Netergy's products are probably in with other companies.

The conference call was set up to do the intro, financials and
then questions by analysts followed by email questions. There
wasn't anything much that isn't covered above, but I encourage
you to listen to the conference call (link on Netergy's website)
and draw your own conclusions.
