Thoughts on conference call and things to watch going forward:

Nothing has changed from last conference call to now
other than the addition of a trial with AT&T for a
wireless home VoIP system, an enhancement to ST Micro's
and Netergy's relationship to help with production
ramp of the Audacity chip and a slight decrease in
video semi/licensing business.

- Netergy's Audacity chip business along with Symphony-related
gateway products (based on Audacity chip) are in the hands
of Netergy's customers: when that customer releases
the product and begins selling, Netergy will be able to
name customers and we should see chip revenue ramp with
those products. The thing to watch is chip revenue going
forward which should ramp as these products are prepared for
production as inventory is built by the customer.

- Netergy's iPBX is in *total control* by Netergy. The
main goal here is finishing development of the product to
prepare it for more trials and that is simply up to
Netergy's management and engineers to *DELIVER*. Once
the iPBX is complete, the trial/acceptance period again
puts the deliverable of revenue in the hands of the
customer testing/accepting the product, but right now,
the ball is in Netergy's hands to deliver.

The biggest issue for Netergy right now is to work
hard to complete tasks that are in their complete
control. Right now, the most important task is
getting the iPBX done and once done, getting into
more trials with it.
